Andy, the owner, immediately called me, apologized and arranged to come out the same day to haul away our piles of construction junk. He personally showed up, apologized again, told me what change he was making so that the issue wouldn't happen again, and then rolled up his sleeves and worked alongside his crew.

I've worked with many junk removal companies over the years of working in property management. Never have I called and had SAME day service. I called Andy around 9 on a Saturday morning and they were here by 11:30. Our job today was messy, and it was pouring rain and they got it done.
